  • What is brand strategy?
    Your brand strategy outlines who you are, what your business purpose is, what you stand for and who it is you are targeting. It captures how you will articulate your business in a clear and compelling way to help you build rapport within your market.
  • Can I write my own brand strategy?
    Yes, you can. Like all things in business, you can either choose to do it yourself or get an expert to help you, just like with using a Bookkeeper or Accountant. You can learn to do your own books and accounts, or you can get someone in to help you. If you choose to do it yourself then check out the Brand Hub for some helpful free resources. If you don’t have the time or inclination to do it yourself then drop us an email and we would be happy to help.
  • Why is a brand strategy important?
    If you are not able to clearly and consistently articulate what your business stands for, your position in the market and who your target audience is, how do you expect your target audience to find you, relate to you and be attracted to buy from you? Your brand strategy helps you to create the narrative about your business in the marketplace. If you don’t set that narrative yourself then others will set it for you, which you will have no control over.
  • I already have a logo, do I still need a brand strategy?
    Every business, regardless of size, industry or budget should have a brand strategy. The ideal scenario would be to develop your brand strategy first and then go on to create your brand design (logo, colours, fonts) based on your brand strategy. However, this is not always possible or the case, so I often work with customers who already have the design but need help in articulating what their business does, why and for who.
  • How do you charge for your services?
    All businesses are different, so we treat them as such. No one size fits all, off the shelf packages here! Every customer will get a bespoke proposal based on their specific needs with a set price. This means you know exactly what you are getting, and at what investment.
